We want you and your pup to love your SnoozyPups ear muffs. If you're not happy for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll give you a full refund of the product price.
How it works
- Message us through our Contact page with your order number.
- Tell us briefly what went wrong. A photo helps if the item arrived damaged or faulty.
- We'll process your refund to your original payment method, usually within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
In most cases you don't need to send the item back. If we ever do need it returned, we'll tell you how before you ship anything.
Wrong size?
If the size doesn't fit, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send you a different size free of charge.
Damaged or missing orders
If your order arrives damaged, or hasn't arrived 35 days after you ordered, contact us and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
